THE MARCHING LIONS
Music & Band - Mr. Kyle Varner is
our band director and is successfully expanding our exciting marching band program
and instrumental program.
Night of the Arts - Is a festival type event that highlights all the aspects of the Fine Arts program. Parents and the community can enjoy a stroll through the Prek-12th grade art gallery, watch the HS theatre department perform a series of Improvisations, enjoy the lower school chorus, roving musicians, and get a taste of our fabulous piano and orchestra students blooming talent. It is a night that you won't want to miss.
Visual Arts - The visual arts curriculum is both vertical and horizontal in approach. Curriculums formulate a balanced and age appropriate art experience for all students. Through the implementation of a cross-curriculum based approach, the instructor intentionally connects art history and art making to math, science, history and writing. The visual arts are taught from a biblical perspective relating art production to art history, criticism and aesthetics.
Drama - The drama program is designed to allow students who are interested in acting and staging to participate in productions The high school curriculum includes a variety of theatre courses. The Kidstuf team presents a production for the lower school students on a weekly basis. The spring production has not been announced at this time.
