Please contact the Registrar's office for any needed student documents. The family account balance should be in good standing before any documents from the Registrar's office are released. Please allow 3 days to complete the request.

1. Georgia Department of Driver Services Certificate of Attendance (only good for 30 days)
2. Alcohol and Drug Awareness Certificate
3. Student Work Permit (You may begin this process online at www.dol.state.ga.us, select "Child Labor" under "Quick Links" then select "Get a Youth Employment Certificate - "Work Permit". After you have completed the student section and requested the employer to complete their section, contact the Registrar to complete the permit)
4. Good student insurance documents
5. Student records and transcripts
