US Assistant Principal
Email Mr. Evans

This year marks my 39th year as an educator and my 6th at LCA. I tell people that I have worn many different hats working in schools from a custodian to an administrator and many in between. Even after all of these experiences, I continue to grow as an educator and look forward to the opportunities each new school year offers.

My wife, Laurie, is a middle school teacher. Hannah, my daughter, is a junior at Truett McConnell University majoring in education and Luke, my son, is a Senior at LCA. We felt led to move our children from public school to LCA in 2015, and I was able to follow them here three years later. LCA has offered me and my family the opportunity to live out our faith in a school setting and view education through a biblical worldview.

I have a B.S. degree in Math Education from Mercer University, and a Masters and Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Georgia–Go Dawgs!

My role at LCA is the Assistant Principal for student management of Upper School. We have set certain standards at LCA that make us different from other schools, and it is my responsibility to educate the students on upholding these standards. I encourage students and parents to reach out to me if they have questions or concerns.

LCA has created a great community and I look forward for the opportunity to getting to know many of you better this year.
