An education at LCA is more than seatwork and memorization. We believe a good education requires engaging lessons, character development, leadership skills, teamwork, and a willingness to serve. These characteristics can’t be isolated to the classroom alone.
Activities such as Pop Open a Good Book, Colonial Village, Wax Museum, Poetry Corner, Field Day, and field trips help to further the LCA experience for our Lower School students. Not only are the classroom objectives strengthened, but students enjoy the process.
We want students to know that it’s okay to laugh and enjoy school while also enjoying their friends. Pictures from these fun events can be found on our social media pages. The smiles are contagious!
