I never in a million years imagined that I would be right here, right now, serving as the Upper School Principal at LCA, but let me assure you -there's nowhere else that I would rather be. In fact, I thought that I would be living in a far off country, sharing Christ with people who had yet to hear His name. However, the Lord had greater plans for me!

I studied at Liberty University – where I met my amazing wife, Brittanny – and I initially thought that being a youth pastor would be the greatest job ever. I had a passion for students because the Lord had dramatically changed my life during my high school years, and I wanted to have the same impact others had had on me. However, it wasn’t long into my time at LU that the Lord gave me a burden for the nations. I wanted to take the name of Jesus to places it hadn’t yet gone before. I had the opportunity to do just that before I graduated by serving an internship in South Asia that radically changed my life.

Shortly after, I graduated with a religion degree and chose to pursue further studies in theology and apologetics at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. It wasn’t until a few years later that God brought all of these things together – my love for Him, learning, students, and the nations – and called me to serve in education where I have had the wonderful opportunity to serve students and families in a variety of ways including teaching, discipleship, coaching, and leading mission trips. While my first year in education was wonderful, it wasn’t without its challenges, and I don’t think that I would have made it without the support of my principal. Not only did he guide me through some difficult times, but his leadership has been influential in my life as he encouraged me to pursue a ministry in educational leadership. This journey has led me through a variety of experiences, including completing my M.Ed. in Educational Leadership through Covenant College in 2020, and brought me to the place where I can’t imagine anything better than getting to be your principal.

My wife and I live in Loganville and are blessed to have two amazing children: Annalee and Aiden. Whenever I can find some time to myself, you might find me reading a book, listening to a great album, or out on the trail with my family. It is both a blessing and an honor to serve as your principal, and I look forward to being a small part of what the Lord does in and through the lives of the students and families at LCA!
