Loganville Christian Academy is in a season of transition and growth as we continue to support our community and provide a top-tier educational option for families. Where a child will go to school is one of the most important decisions a family will make and we don’t take that lightly. As we look ahead, our goal is simple. Loganville Christian Academy’s Strategic Planning Committee will work with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to establish clear decisions about purpose and strategy and commitment to those decisions. We don’t want this to simply be a document of hopes and dreams that sits on a shelf. This is a living plan to continue our improvement process and document actionable and attainable items that will help support our mission.
Every decision, plan, and commitment has been prayed over and researched to ensure that it is the best direction to move. Our committee is composed of school personnel, parents, and community members who value Christian education and see the impact that LCA can make in a student’s life. The Bible encourages proactive, wise planning for the future while maintaining trust in God’s sovereignty. We are reminded in Proverbs to commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans, Proverbs 16:3.
As we look ahead over the course of the next three years, we trust in His plan for LCA and will work to hold each other accountable, keep Christ at the center of each decision, and continue to provide a quality Christian education that will prepare our students academically, spiritually, and socially for God’s call on their lives.
